Overview
Now you can bring more of your own fan data into StellarAlgo — directly from CRM systems your organization already uses and trusts. This new capability allows you to seamlessly integrate custom fan profile attributes like consent flags, sales cycle status, retention scores, or whatever is most relevant to you directly into the Segment Builder.
By adding this data, you’ll unlock the ability to:
Build more targeted, meaningful fan segments
Activate with precision using fields unique to your business
Leverage important data points that aren’t natively captured in the platform
This means fewer workarounds, better alignment with your internal workflows, and more effective fan engagement.
Compatibility
You can bring in any data related to the fan that currently sits in your Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM – this could include consent flags, sales cycle status – attributes that are tied to a specific fan profile.
At this time, we cannot ingest transactional data (ie. Ticketing, merchandise, food & beverage) that may be housed in your CRM – though this is something being explored for future iterations.
