Overview

A data integration is a process that combines data from different sources into a single, unified view. This allows for better analysis and a more complete understanding of your customers, operations, and business performance. Our integrations are designed to work with common systems across different business functions, including marketing, sales, and ticketing.

Direct to Source Integrations

This section details our direct integrations, organized by system type. Each integration lists the subject areas (the general category of the data source), and the specific datasets (the actual data tables or information) we can extract.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 🤝

Our CRM integrations focus on customer information and interactions. These are key for building a complete customer profile.

  • Dynamics 365: Accesses campaign data, customer profiles, and customer touchpoints.

  • SalesForce Sales Cloud: Provides campaign details, customer information, and touchpoints.

Email Service Providers (ESP) 📧

These integrations are crucial for understanding the effectiveness of your email marketing campaigns. They provide detailed metrics on engagement and customer behavior.

  • Constant Contact, Eloqua, Hubspot, Iterable, MailChimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud: All of these integrations provide datasets on email campaigns, including bounces, clicks/opens, sends, unsubscribes, and customer mailing lists.

  • MLB Wheelhouse: Integrates with its ESP to provide campaign and mailing list data.

  • NBA Fan Asset: Pulls ESP data for the NBA.com platform.

Ticketing & Events 🎟️

Our ticketing integrations are extensive, covering everything from primary ticket sales to attendance and seat manifests.

  • AXS, ETix, Glitnir, MILB - Grandstand, Paciolan, SeatGeek Ringside, TDC, TicketMaster, Ticket Return: These integrations all provide a variety of ticketing data, including customer information, event details, primary and secondary ticket sales, season ticket data, and seat manifests.

  • Tradable Bits & Yinzcam: Both provide app-related data, including views and check-ins (sessions).

  • Marketo: Also provides web activity data.
