📓 Module 2 Tasks
📓 Module 2 Tasks
Analyze Your Fan Universe:
Log in to your StellarAlgo platform and navigate to the Fan Universe dashboard.
Select 'Last 30 days' time period and review the numbers for New Fans, Engaged Fans, and Fans Who Purchased in
Compare these numbers to the previous period using the percentage displayed on each card, and identify any key insights about your fans' behavior over the month.
For example, "New fan acquisition is up 15% this week, likely due to a recent promotional campaign."
Identify a Fan Segment for a Campaign:
Look at your Avidity Score or Engagement Score (if available) data.Identify one specific segment of fans you want to focus on (e.g., "Lite" Avidity fans, or "Dormant" Engagement fans).
Why you chose this segment? Brainstorm one specific campaign idea that would be relevant to them.
For example, "I want to target 'Lite' fans because they have a low level of engagement. My campaign idea is to send them an email with a special discount code to incentivize their first purchase."
Explore Data Gaps:
As mentioned, the data available is dependent on your connected systems.Review the various attributes and cards in the Fan Universe dashboard.
Identify one piece of fan information you wish you had access to but currently don't see (e.g., more detailed demographic data such as gender, income etc. or specific app usage metrics).
Make a note to discuss this with your Customer Success Manager to explore potential data enrichment or additional integration options.
